Job Summary
Behavior Technician role supporting children with autism through one-on-one delivery of individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, promoting patient safety, and collaborating with a team. Training provided; candidate must be patient, compassionate, and able to handle physical aspects of the role (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds). Pay range $15-$20 hourly; benefits include career growth, discounts, and early wage access.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding
