Job Summary
Behavior Technician: provide one-on-one behavior intervention for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA; implement individualized intervention plans; teach communication, social, and daily living skills; use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors; requires ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds; requires CPR/First Aid certification and TB test; background check; high school diploma or GED; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
