Job Summary
Behavior Technician role involves working one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Training provided; candidates should be patient and team-oriented, able to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds) and support clients in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test
- Background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
