Job Summary
A Behavior Technician (BT) is needed to implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans for children with autism, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include collecting therapy session data and participating in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques. Candidates must have at least one year of ABA experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or be pursuing relevant education. The role requires weekday and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
