Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA; observe and record client progress and behaviors; manage challenging behaviors; apply behavioral principles across interactions; assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills; maintain professional communication with parents and analysts; contribute as an active treatment team member; complete daily paperwork and data entry through online database; participate in ongoing training; maintain client confidentiality and follow BE policies; requires HS diploma, valid driver’s license, access to a tablet/laptop, and ability to pass a criminal background check; part-time role (10-20 hours/week), afterschool schedule (3-7pm), in-home services in Woodstock, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with insurance
- Tablet or laptop
- Criminal background check
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs (physical requirements)
- Transportation: must have own vehicle and insurance with name listed
- Experience with children is advantageous
