Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in-home and in-school settings under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans to teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills. Collect client progress data, encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions, and partner with families and clinical teams. Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed while participating in ongoing training and professional development. Full-time (35–40 hours) or part-time (10–20 hours) schedules available. High School Diploma or GED required; RBT certification preferred.

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
- RBT Certification preferred
