Job Summary
Provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays, supporting communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging interactions. Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs, collect data to monitor client progress, and maintain daily session notes and documentation. Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment while working alongside Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists. Full-time hours range from 35 to 37.5 weeks, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours. We offer paid training and support for earning RBT certification, including exam fees, along with retention bonuses and tuition reimbursement for BCBA programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required for RBT certification)
- Full-time hours (35–37.5/week) with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week

- Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required
