Job Summary
Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and home-based settings, teaching communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism spectrum disorder. Work one-on-one or in small group settings while collecting and recording data to track client progress. Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals, collaborate with families and supervisors, and attend trainings for continued professional development. Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards. Schedule runs Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with hours varying based on client needs and optional Saturdays twice monthly. Full-time employees earn $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours, plus $15.00/hour for training and administrative time. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Background check
