Job Summary

Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based or home-based settings, teaching communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism. Deliver one-on-one or small group sessions while collecting and recording data to track client progress. Provide written and verbal updates on treatment goals and collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members. Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development while following all company policies and mandated reporting standards. Work alongside an on-site BCBA for real-time clinical guidance and mentorship. This part-time role offers fully paid training and a structured career ladder from RBT Level 1 to Lead RBT.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Passion for helping children and families
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification

Desired Qualifications

  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire
