Job Summary

Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and home-based settings, teaching communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism in one-on-one or small group formats. Collect and record data to track client progress while providing written and verbal updates on treatment goals. Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members, and attend trainings and meetings for continued professional development. Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards. Work alongside an on-site BCBA for real-time clinical guidance and mentorship. Schedule runs Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with optional Saturdays twice monthly. Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training
  • Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required
  • Background check, which may include criminal history and driving record reviews
