Job Summary
Provide intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in center-based settings, teaching communication, social, and self-help skills while managing challenging behaviors. Collect data to monitor treatment progress and deliver regular written and verbal updates on goals. Adhere to all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting, while communicating clearly with clients, families, and colleagues. Attend meetings and trainings to acquire further knowledge. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, 15 to 30 hours per week, earning $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- All day availability Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, 15-30 hours a week
- Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team
