Job Summary
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings, teaching communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism spectrum disorder. Work one-on-one or in small group settings while collecting and recording data to track client progress. Deliver written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members. Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development while following all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards. Fully paid training and company-paid RBT certification are provided, with daily mentorship and on-site BCBA support available. Monday through Friday shifts run 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with optional Saturdays twice monthly; start dates are immediate pending onboarding and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
