Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or other developmental/language delays; follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans; collect and record data and write therapy notes; communicate progress with parents/caregivers (with BCBA guidance); assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials; participate in required trainings and work toward obtaining RBT certification; center-based role with Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 am to 4:45 pm, with no travel; opportunities for career advancement and growth within Bierman Autism Centers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required for RBT/becoming an RBT)
- Behavior Technician (RBT) basic and essential functions
- Valid fingerprint clearance
- Strong communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail oriented
- Flexible and adaptable
- Experience in ABA or related field preferred
