Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, clinic, and community settings. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA and collect data during sessions to support skill development in communication, social, behavioral, and daily living areas. Work flexible part-time after-school hours between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with weekend options available. Candidates may be current RBTs or those completing the 40-hour training course. Join a supportive team offering paid training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
Required Qualifications
- Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours
- Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
- Positive, patient, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- Currently completing or willing to complete the 40-Hour RBT Training Course
- Not yet registered as an RBT
- Center-based ABA staff seeking supplemental income
