Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, clinic, and community settings; implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA; collect and record data during therapy sessions; support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills; roles include Behavior Technician (BT) up to $22/hour or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) up to $24/hour with certification requirements and training support.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
- Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours
- Willingness to complete or pursue RBT certification (40-hour training)
