Job Summary

Deliver individualized instruction based on each student's IEP goals and support learners with autism and other learning differences in home and community settings. Implement evidence-based strategies to promote academic, behavioral, and life skill growth while collecting and reporting data to monitor progress. Partner with families, teachers, and clinicians to ensure consistency across environments. Requires an Associate's degree, three months of experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences, and reliable transportation. Part-time role with paid time off, wellness perks, and tuition reimbursement available.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 48 semester credit hours from an accredited institution
  • At least three months of professional or internship experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Active auto insurance coverage
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
  • Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and professional in dynamic learning environments
