Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD; implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans; collect and record data on client progress and behaviors; use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET; collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care; participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings; maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. Growth opportunities include BCBA supervision/mentoring, Fellowship and Early Mentoring programs, tuition discounts, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months ABA experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Desired Qualifications
- BCBA supervision and mentoring for those pursuing certification
- Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs for BCBA path
- Experience with ABA
- RBT certification (bonus)
