Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress. Use Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching strategies while collaborating with BCBAs to ensure consistent care. Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings to maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. Minimum 3 months ABA experience and active RBT certification required, with competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months ABA experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
