Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress. Utilize teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching while collaborating with BCBAs to ensure consistent care. Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings to maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. Minimum 3 months ABA experience and high school diploma required; active RBT certification is a plus. Competitive hourly pay with incentive opportunities and flexible scheduling available. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months ABA experience
