Job Summary
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress. Use teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching while collaborating with BCBAs to ensure consistent care. Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings to maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment. Minimum 3 months ABA experience and active RBT certification (a plus) required. Competitive hourly pay with incentive opportunities and flexible scheduling available. Key Autism Services offers structured Fellowship and Early Mentoring Programs for BTs pursuing BCBA certification, providing onsite supervision and mentorship to support career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months ABA experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Active RBT certification (not required but is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
