Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized therapy plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with BCBAs to adjust plans. Conduct home and clinical sessions, support clients’ skills and independence, and provide feedback to clients and families while maintaining ethical standards and participating in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment (if not already certified)
