Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, focusing on skill development and behavior modification. Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings while collecting and recording data on progress to assist in ongoing assessment. Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client needs and provide consistent feedback to families. Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training to maintain current best practices in ABA therapy. Hourly rate ranges from $26 to $35, commensurate with experience, with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
