Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism; accurately collect and document behavioral data; follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs; support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence; safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors. RBT certification is required; CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is expected; experience working with children, preferably with autism, and strong behavioral management and communication skills are desired. Compensation includes $18–$23 per hour, full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Location is Franklin, MA, USA. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
