Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism; accurately collect and document behavioral data; follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs; support daily living skills and promote independence; safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism
- Strong behavioral management and communication skills
