Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism while accurately collecting and documenting behavioral data. Implement behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs and support daily living skills to promote independence. Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors during sessions. The role requires CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, along with strong communication skills. Childwise ABA offers paid training for new technicians, no prior experience needed, and provides health, dental, and vision insurance. Full-time positions include 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for Behavior Technicians
