Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, including accurately collecting and documenting behavioral data, following behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs, and supporting daily living skills to promote independence. Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors while delivering care in a full-time 40-hour per week schedule with an 8:00 AM–6:00 PM window. Paid training is provided with no experience required, and opportunity to obtain RBT certification; compensation ranges $18–$23 per hour depending on experience and certification. Required Qualifications
- No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT)
- Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
