Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision, focusing on skill development and behavior modification. Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings while collecting and recording data on progress. Collaborate with BCBA to adjust therapy plans based on client needs and provide consistent feedback to families. Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training to maintain current best practices. Requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days, with experience working with individuals with autism. Hourly rate $26-$35 with flexible scheduling and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
