Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs, focusing on skill development and behavior modification. Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in both home and clinical settings while collecting and recording data on client progress. Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs, providing consistent feedback to families. Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy. Requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days; hourly rate $26–$35.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
