Behavior Technician (BT)

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision. Utilize techniques including positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching to support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains. Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes while collaborating with BCBAs, families, and team members. Ensure client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and the BACB Ethics Code. Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required. Flexible scheduling available including evenings and weekends.
