Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance, implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Track progress through accurate session data and notes while communicating with families and the clinical team. Stay physically active during sessions by sitting, squatting, playing, and running in the child's natural home environment. Work directly with children to help them build communication, play, and life skills. Afternoon and after-school sessions run Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, totaling 15–25+ hours weekly. Hourly pay ranges from $23–$29, with higher rates upon RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license

- Passion for working with children and helping others grow
- 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs
- Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
- Already certified as an RBT
