Job Summary
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress while developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement client treatment plans, ensuring accurate and thorough records of client progress and services provided. This role supports individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities within a fast-paced environment, offering comprehensive training and a flexible part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Desired Qualifications
