Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and targeted treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Track client progress and program data while providing adequate feedback regarding progress to the supervisor. Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and safeguard all patient-related information. This part-time role in West Chicago runs M-F 3-6p for candidates with a Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
