Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability, facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Track client progress and program data while providing adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor. Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures, observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information. Requires Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred, plus two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required. Flexible scheduling with client treatment needs.
