Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies. Record client progress using electronic data systems, apply behavior reduction protocols, and provide reinforcement, prompting, and skill acquisition targeting communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors. Assist with skill generalization across environments and ensure client health, safety, and well-being while maintaining ethical conduct per BACB guidelines. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings, communicating effectively with families and the clinical team. Work in center-based or in-home settings under direct BCBA supervision, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth toward RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background checks, including criminal history and abuse registry screenings
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- RBT certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
