Job Summary
Behavior Technician in Bolingbrook, IL providing ABA-based therapy under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized intervention plans, collect and record data on client behavior, monitor progress toward treatment goals, reinforce positive behaviors, and communicate with clients, caregivers, and the BCBA. Part-time role (~20 hours/week) with a shift schedule of Monday-Thursday evenings (5:30pm–8:30pm). RBT certification assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields)
