Job Summary
Provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clients' homes, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA to support communication, social, and daily living skill development. Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies during every session while collecting data and completing electronic documentation. Communicate with caregivers in both Spanish and English and collaborate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress. This part-time after-school role offers consistent weekday afternoon and evening hours with ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), paraprofessional, teacher's aide, childcare provider, or behavioral health professional
