Job Summary
ABA Behavior Technician providing one-on-one therapy to children with behavioral challenges and autism, delivering ABA-based interventions in home, clinic, school, or community settings; responsible for tracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviors, communicating with families and the clinical team, and adapting therapy plans to fit each child’s needs. Paid training provided; part-time role with potential path to a full-time position and benefits. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
- A love for working with children and a desire to learn and grow
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settings
- Tech-savvy and organized, with a positive and creative mindset
- Able to work flexible hours (including after school and evenings)
