Job Summary
1:1 ABA therapy with children in their homes, implementing individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA; teach communication, social, and daily living skills; use positive reinforcement; collect session data and write progress notes; collaborate with BCBA and caregivers; 4–5 weekday afternoons/evenings, 4–5 hour sessions; no prior ABA experience required with free training and certification; starting pay $20/hour with potential pay increases; includes RBT training and supervision opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent Education
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email
- Physically and actively able to participate in the implementation of all aspects of ABA therapy
- Ability to kneel, squat, crouch, sit, stand for extended periods
- Able to receive detailed information through oral communication
- Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for 4–5 hour sessions
