Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children with autism learn, grow, and gain independence while tracking progress and following personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a supportive team to build communication, confidence, and independence through play. Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to ensure a safe environment, requiring the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and frequently change physical positions. This role offers paid training for candidates with no prior experience, with competitive hourly rates starting at $16 and promotion opportunities in as little as three months. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
