Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a supportive team. Create positive, lasting change for children and families through continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness. Paid training is provided with no prior experience required. Competitive hourly rates start at $16. Full-time employees earn up to 15 days of PTO after 90 days, while part-time staff receive sick leave. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
