Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using play to build communication, confidence, and independence for children with autism. Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a supportive team. Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to ensure a safe environment, including physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent position changes. Earn a competitive hourly rate of $16 and up with paid training, PTO, and benefits like Grubhub+ and medical coverage. No prior experience required; candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
