Job Summary
Behavior Technician responsibilities include providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in our center, client homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision; implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs; collect and record data during sessions; support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills; communicate with caregivers and supervisors; follow behavior plans with safety and dignity; collaboration within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check and TB clearance
