Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one sessions with children of varying developmental needs, teaching skills and shaping behavior through Applied Behavior Analysis. Deliver high-quality ABA therapy that supports growth, independence, and confidence while physically engaging with kids, including getting up from the floor and blocking behaviors. Utilize written plans created by a BCBA and online data collection systems to track progress. Recount daily activities via written communication and quickly adapt to new information. Required Qualifications
- Physically able to work with children, including getting up and down from the floor, playing, and blocking behaviors.
- Upbeat, positive attitude.
- Great with organization and time management.
- Excellent communication.
- Ability to recount daily activities via written communication.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information, including following written plans created by a BCBA and utilizing online systems of data collection.
- A Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained within 45 days of hiring.
