Job Summary
Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA; collect data on goals during sessions; work with individuals with autism or related disabilities in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings; address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques; assist with caregiver support and training; arrive on time and complete timecards/notes; collaborate with Supervisors/BCBAs; participate in new hire training and overlap/shadowing opportunities; flexible schedule with afternoons/evenings and potential weekend shifts; BCBA supervision hours may be available for qualifying candidates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel)
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of immunity to MMR and Varicella
