Job Summary
Deliver direct ABA services across home, community, school, or clinic settings to individuals with autism or related disabilities under supervision. responsibilities include data collection on session goals, implementing behavior support strategies, collaborating with Supervisors/BCBAs, assisting with caregiver training, ensuring punctual session start/end, submitting timecards and clinical notes on time, and supporting new hire overlaps. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time options with potential weekend shifts, paid training, career growth opportunities (including BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates), and employee benefits (sick leave, tuition discounts). Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities
- Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings with sessions typically 3:00 pm–8:00 pm
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensated)
- Criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam
- Immunity proof for MMR and Varicella during onboarding
