Job Summary
1:1 behavioral support for patients in home/school/community settings; implement treatment plans under BCBA direction with fidelity across domains including toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills; collect and maintain data using data collection software; review and implement supervision notes; participate in trainings and meetings; communicate progress with BCBA, colleagues, and families; track supervision hours and maintain RBT certification; adhere to HIPAA policies and BACB Ethical Code; maintain reliable attendance and follow Headway ABA policies; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have RBT certification
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Candidate must have a clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance
- Commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
