Job Summary
Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis programs in client homes or community settings to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors impacting safety or independence. Deliver sessions Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM with flexibility based on availability, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition. Maintain reliability, professionalism, and problem-solving skills while collaborating closely with a clinical team, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Earn hourly pay ranging from $20 to $27, with additional incentives for maintaining consistent availability and earning RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- active auto insurance listing them as a covered driver
- current negative TB test
