Job Summary
ABA Behavior Technician providing 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision; implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion; part-time schedules with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours; travel required with mileage reimbursement; competitive pay up to $26/hour based on experience and RBT certification; entry-level training provided; opportunities for career growth and ongoing supervision.
Required Qualifications
