Job Summary
1:1 in-home ABA Behavior Technician delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassionate care. Bilingual candidate preferred with 6 months to 1 year of in-home ABA experience. Competitive pay up to $26/hour based on experience and RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, health/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) for eligible team members.
