Job Summary
As an ABA Behavior Technician, provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities under the guidance of a BCBA. Implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion. Part-time with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. Competitive pay up to $26/hour based on experience and RBT certification. Mileage reimbursement, paid sick leave, and eligibility for medical/dental/vision benefits and 401(k). Required Qualifications
- RBT certification or ability to obtain RBT certification
- ability to travel to in-home settings
- willingness to work in-home with children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities
- comfortable collecting data and implementing behavior plans under supervision
